Russel Erskine Hotel Modernization

The historic downtown Huntsville landmark underwent extensive renovation, including restoration of its famous ballroom and lobby.
 
Joe Still teamed with the owners during pre-construction, advising on cost and construction feasibility, remaining on board as the owners’ representative through project closeout.

JSBC was retained pre-contract to assist the owners’ GC in local market penetration, and subsequently reduced the owners’ contract by $1M+ from previous best estimates.
