Mayfair Professional Office Center by Joe Still Building Company

This project in the constantly expanding Crestwood medical district in south Huntsville was completed on schedule in Fall 2009 and JSBC is currently working with the developers to finish interiors as specified by the building's new tenants.

JSBC provided a full range of services on all phases including planning, market costing, cost prediction analysis and construction management with on-site supervising personnel.

By being included from project’s inception, JSBC was able to actively contribute to different building systems for initial and life cycle configuration. It is gratifying to work with an OAC team that allows us to have input into reduced maintenance, lower energy costs and an enhanced occupant environment.
