Phase II Renovations

Completion of 36,000 square foot dark shell for multi-tenant occupancy. Scope of contract involved complete new mechanical and electrical systems while maintaining functions critical to the owner.

Tenant space No. 1 was completed simultaneously with core completion.

JSBC prepared multiple budgets, tracked design through development, then bid out all phases publicly in accordance with Huntsville Utilities procurement regulation, acting as a tax exempt purchasing agent for the owner.
