Highland Office Park Center Phase I

The twin 50,000-sf single story structures are comprised of steel frame, brick veneer with single ply roofing.  The interiors are open, offering flexibility and high headroom with lots of glass for office use.

After other pricing input, JSBC was brought in to revamp project cost, resulting in greatly improved value to the owner.
