Fresenius Medical Care

Joe Still Building Co. Inc. was selected by North Alabama Nephrology and Oxford Properties for repeat general contract work to build its North Alabama dialysis clinics.  JSBC typically begins its support of the owner during the site selection process, offering costs and ideas for mitigating and optimizing any subsurface conditions encountered.

The building shells and developed sites, in these cases, started in advance of the interiors by "taming" the locations – i.e. wetlands, deep undercut, deep foundations and similar challenges.

Mid-way through shell construction, JSBC was selected by the tenant FMC to complete the interiors and direct installation of the dialysis process equipment.
