Cotton Planters Warehouse

Cotton Planters Warehouse Renovations & Conversion

The owner of Cotton Planters Warehouse on Lanier Road in Madison, Alabama conceived the idea that flex office space would be better long term use for the traditional warehouses that stored a crop in domestic decline.

JSBC was brought on to help the owner arrange design services, find the best sources for the required work, and then oversee the construction efforts.  New glass entries and visually prominent canopies were added.  New electrical service was added, as well as new water and sewer under the length of the building.

The space has been well received by the Flex space market; the first phase has 100% occupancy under proposal.
