Bentley Systems
As a true full scope “one source/one call” example of JSBC versatility, our company's involvement began at the project's inception. When Bentley Systems decided to completely remodel its building at 917 Explorer Boulevard in Research Park, JSBC compiled initial budgeting for furnishings and construction, following on with support and advice on suggested leasing terms that related to the existing building systems and conditions.
JSBC contracted with local design firms to update floor plans and provide interior design services. JSBC handled bidding and buying of all furnishing and equipment to assure coordination and timely delivery. Our employees provided the necessary onsite construction management and supervisory personnel to complete the new interiors, and to oversee final installation of new furnishings that included all the tech systems such as structured cabling and access control.
JSBC arranged for and oversaw the moving process, which concluded with the clearing out of old rental space and disposal of the old furniture.
Bentley was able to take occupancy of the facility 10 weeks after the notice to proceed.
