Bellewood Office Center

JSBC served this project from its inception, working closely with the owner and designers. We helped hold down site preparation cost on a very difficult site and fine-tuned building height and location to reduce rock excavation cost.

In this day of increasing costs we used our best skill to save the Owner money with minimal visible change to the Architect’s original vision.

The JSBC staff dedicated itself to construction of a quality building, spending many hours with the architect and subcontractors to ensure a beautiful outcome.
